This book is a brief overview of bedside approach to major neurological disorders. The essential prerequisites of neurological assessment at bedside are good history taking, focused and meticulous neurological examination, knowledge about related anatomy and pathophysiology, and a structured approach to clinical diagnosis. Enough stress has been laid on relevant physiology and neuroanatomy of related disorders which should help the reader in developing basic understanding of the disease.
